This is a pair of SRAM Avid Elixir Organic Disc Brake Pads. Organic compound pads offer the quietest braking possible and take less time to wear in versus metal or sintered pads, but they will suffer slightly in wet conditions and offer slightly less braking power and modulation.

• Avid Elixir pads are designed to only fit Elixir model disc brakes.
